Scam Involving Asphalt Truck Reported in Dickson County

Dickson County Sheriff's Office is receiving reports of a scam involving an asphalt truck. The truck, which has “City Wide Asphalt” on the side is approaching people and businesses in the Dickson area offering to pave parking lots and driveways for a discount price due to leftover asphalt. If you agree to a discount price they will start paving and then demand more money to finish the job. The dump truck has a Silver Ford 250 driving with it, both have Pennsylvania tags.
