Elizabeth Harryette Huffman Slayden (Lang) was born April 14, 1935, in Nashville, TN. Her parents were Reedie Mildred McCaslin Huffman and Harry Buford Huffman. She was predeceased by her first husband, Murrel D. Slayden and two sisters, infant Marie Huffman and Alice Clay Huffman Wrenn. She is survived by her second husband, Emera (Em) Lang.
